Runway Project Cafe

The Runway Project is a novel experiential space, opened in 2017 in Mumbai. The restaurant offers a hyper local fusion of fashion and food by integrating a runway into the space, and curating events to offer a unique vision of a dining experience.

The custom installation was inspired by an idea of a subconscious idea such as a Rorschach print interpreted through a visual nightmare. What would that look like? Created on a dome structure, with a mix of leather, wood, metal and fabric, incorporated in a mesh forming over each layer to create an illusion of depth, which goes deeper as you, look closer.
